All CPO products are screen and photographed beforehand to ensure you get your device in the best condition possible. Please note that CPO products are NOT APPLE CPO. These devices are previously used and checked to ensure they work 100%. All CPO devices come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Please note physical damage voids all warranties

It remains your responsibility to return your device to our office. Please ensure your return is delivered to Loftus Versfeld Stadium, Gate 5, Office 9, First Floor, SunnySide Pretoria,0001.

Once we receive your device we will send it for an independent assessment. We will approve or reject your warranty claim based on this assessment. You reserve the right to send your device for an independent assessment at your cost to dispute and assessments received by us.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will either fix your device or replace it. Please note that it remains our decision to repair your device instead of replacing it. We reserve the right to repair your device up to 2 times before we replace it. If the replacement is faulty, you have the option of a full refund.

The time frame for a replacement is 7 business days. The time frame for a repair is 7-10 business days. Please note we will not deviate from our policy. Our policy is in line with all other resellers.
